By subscribing to Polygon, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our music under the terms below. Please read carefully before using our content.
Permitted Use (Where You’re Allowed to Use Polygon Music)
As an active subscriber, you may:

Use Polygon music in videos or audio content published to the following number of creator accounts, depending on your active tier:

Solo Creator Plan → 1 creator account

Growing Network Plan → up to 3 creator accounts

Polygon Suite Plan → up to 5 creator accounts

Monetize eligible content featuring Polygon music on supported platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch).

Use our music in:

Vlogs, short films, reviews, commentary, tutorials, animations
-
Podcasts and live streams
-
Branded content and sponsorships within your own videos or channels
-
Social media content on the creator accounts covered by your plan
-

Edit tracks for timing (fade in/out, cutting, looping) within your video/audio content.

Retain a limited license for content published during your subscription (see cancellation terms below).
Restricted Use (Where You’re Not Allowed to Use Polygon Music)
You may not:

Upload or distribute Polygon music as standalone audio (e.g., playlists, compilations, albums).

Exceed the number of creator accounts allowed under your active tier.

Use Polygon music in:

TV, radio, film, theater, or live performance
-
Standalone paid advertising campaigns (e.g., running Polygon tracks directly in third-party ads or promotions not tied to your own content)

Mobile apps, video games, software, or NFTs
-

Claim ownership of any music (tracks remain the intellectual property of Polygon and/or its licensors).

Sell, sublicense, share, or redistribute Polygon music in any form outside your own content.
What Happens When You Cancel

You may continue to display content that was published during your active subscription.

However:

Content ID whitelisting will be removed after cancellation.

Your videos may be subject to copyright claims and monetization restrictions from Polygon or its rights holders.

You may not use Polygon music in any new or updated content after your subscription ends.

To restore protection and publishing rights, you must renew your subscription.
